We come onsite to your garage to measure the floor, test the concrete, and provide color samples. 

Optional Video Call: We can access the condition of the floor to provide you an estimate based upon the size and condition of the concrete. An on-site is still required to measure the moisture content of the floor. Floors with greater than 3.5% moisture require a vapor barrior. 

We provide no-pressure digital quote that can be signed online when you wish to proceed. 

Standard: Expect a 1 week lead required on all garage flooring orders.  Lead time starts after customer sign off and 50% down payment has been received. Each floor is unique and to keep costs as low as possible we do not carry a large inventory of supplies. This helps reduce back-office costs and enables us to offer better pricing than our competitors. Assuming the same high quality materials are used, we can beat anyones pricing. 

Rush orders: Rush installation available on request.  No discounts apply and 5% rush charge fee to be applied on all orders.

Please make sure that the garage floor is completely clear and free from any vehicles or objects before we arrive, unless we have agreed otherwise. The majority of garage installations usually require only 1 day. The floor can be walked on after 4 hours and vehicles can be parked on it after 24 hours. 

Depending on whether we need to apply a vapor barrier, as well as forecasted temperature and humidity, we may suggest a 2-day installation to ensure optimal adhesion. 

Upon completion, we will tape off the entry ways to prevent accidental traffic. We will ensure customer satisfaction and collect the outstanding balance. This can be done in person or online.
